Department of Surgery, Section of Vascular Surgery, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, Lebanon, New Hampshire This case illustrates the anatomic impact of a large cervical rib as an etiology for thoracic outlet syndrome. Current management remains predicated on astute diagnosis, multidisciplinary therapy including, physical therapy, scalene muscle blockade, and surgical decompression in appropriate cases.
