Diagnosis of Atrial Baffle Obstruction Following Senning Repair by Intraoperative Transesophageal Echocardiography

Intraoperative transesophageal echocardiography identified the site of pulmonary venous obstruction and assessed the adequacy of surgical repair in a patient scheduled for revision of a Senning repair. Preoperatively, this abnormality was not clearly delineated by other imaging modalities.
