Department of Radiology, Hiroshima University, School of Medicine, Hiroshima, Japan Stenosis of the distal right popliteal artery after femoropopliteal bypass grafting was visualized by angioscopy and successfully treated by transluminal balloon angioplasty (TBA) through polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) graft. This approach is an attractive alternative to surgical angioplasty and/or graft revi sion, especially in patients with peripheral anastomotic stenosis of distal arterial stenosis after bypass grafting.
