Department of Surgery, Tulane University School of Medicine, New Orleans, Louisiana An infant was referred for evaluation of a congenital portwine stain of the entire left lower extremity. The infant was subsequently confirmed as having Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome, and the problem was successfully managed by conservative therapy. The patient's clinical course is reviewed and the Klippel- Trenaunay syndrome discussed.
