Aneurysm of Saphenous Vein Graft of the Common Carotid Artery: A Case Report and Review of Literature

Aneurysmal failures occurring in vein grafts inserted into arterial systems generally occur relatively soon after placement. We describe, however, this rare complication in a saphenous vein graft to the common carotid artery 15 years postoperatively.
