Department of Vascular Surgery, Detroit-Macomb Hospitals Association, Detroit, Michigan Immediate graft failure following femoropopliteal and femoro-infrapopliteal bypass is due to technical errors which can most definitively be recognized by intraoperative arteriography. A simplified technique of intraoperative arteriog raphy following arterial reconstruction with saphenous vein has been described and results discussed.
