Arteriovenus fistula secondary to trauma is an uncommon cause of leg ulcers. In this article, an unusual case of a nonhealing leg ulcer caused by a stingray is described. This case highlights the difficulty n diagnosing and treating nonhealing ulcers secondary to arteriovenous fistula.
