Albert Einstein College of Medicine Bronx, New York 10461 This is a preliminary report of conservative management of iatrogenic arterial injuries in infants and children. Nonsurgical management was elected regardless of the initial presentation and degree of ischemia of the extremi ties, and the outcome was good in all patients. This approach is different from the management of such injuries in adults.
